  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (availability may vary by location)

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted via email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • AMEHE FASHION is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
AMEHE FASHION is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned to sender by the carrier

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

AMEHE FASHION is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at store@amehefashion.com and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim where applicable.
