Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, please email us at myownrescue@rescueyours.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
