Return & Refund Policy

At AMEHE FASHION, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

To initiate a return, please contact us at store@amehefashion.com with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Eligible claims will receive a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AMEHE FASHION is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your payment provider
